Position Summary:
Based within our Analytics Based Management unit (part of our Management Consulting business line), ABM Senior Experts are responsible for the success of multiple and complex project engagements with a higher percentage of ABM effort. ABM Senior Experts directly support the ABM Partner to grow the practice and contribute to Delta Partner's growth in general.
Responsibilities:
• Support multiple or large project teams in ensuring successful project deliveries
• Lead project teams of more junior consultants and manage multiple teams independently
• Help structure the project's analytical approach by drawing on past experience
• Efficiently divide and assign modules among ABM Experts and teams
• Continuously support the ABM Partner and Practice Leader in developing concepts, frameworks, hypothesis and ideas for generating new businesses
• Ensure the quality of the project takeaways and recommendations
• Present entire documents to client audiences including senior officials
• Manage and lead client meetings and content discussions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and participate in business development activities
• Coach and mentor team members in their career development and growth
• Represent Delta Partners at Analytics conferences and industry events
• In addition to the above, an ABM Expert must also possess excellent hands-on project delivery skills:
- Master SAS coding capabilities to fulfill data treatment needs.
- Structure and set up complex datamarts.
- Resolve any issues around data format and quality to unblock datamart set-up challenges.
- Independently define analytical and programming approaches to analyses proposed by team members.
- Use SAS to produce clean, well-structured, error-free and conceptually sound outputs to project analyses.
- Present project outputs to clients.
- Extremely conscious of the implications of privacy and confidentiality issues when handling customer data, and will be responsible of its preservation from the first day of the project.
Experience and Skills:
• 6-8 years of relevant experience with similar responsibilities with at-least 3 years at a senior level with project management or line management responsibilities
• Previous senior experience in management consulting or in the telecommunications industry is an advantage
• In depth industry knowledge in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) industry
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Specific knowledge of a BI/Analytics topic - domain knowledge
• Solid knowledge of SAS programming and other languages beyond SAS. Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
