Our Forensic Litigation and Consulting team in India are involved in complex, global and high-profile litigation, arbitration and investigations combining end-to-end risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.
In specific, the Risk Advisory and Investigations team conducts research and investigations to uncover actionable intelligence and performs value-added analysis to help decision-makers address and mitigate risk, protect assets, and make informed investment decisions to maximize opportunities.
Our experts conduct independent investigations to help clients resolve a variety of issues, including:
- Due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and cross-border transactions
- Business intelligence
- Fraud investigations
- Anti-bribery and foreign corruption (FCPA / UK Bribery Act) investigations and risk assessments
- Assets searches
- Vendor screening & assessment programmes
- Intellectual property theft and brand protection
- Whistleblower allegations
- Litigation and compliance support
- Political risk assessments
What You'll Do:
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Risk & Investigations Team in India.
Secretarial Support
- Responsible for the diary, calendar and travel management for Senior Managing Directors
- Assist in managing timesheets for Senior Managing Directors
Expense Management
- Prepare and submit of expense reimbursements
- Prepare vendor invoice payments and billing
- Provide overall coordination/tracking of practice budget
Vendor and Client administration
- Responsible for the vendor onboarding
- Take care of the administration of the conflict checks - key in all the data to the system and provide all needed information or supporting document to the Conflicts Team when needed
- Manage and monitor SalesForce reporting for practice and provide information to leadership about pipeline and backlogs
- Maintenance of all the agreements and templates
Daily administration
- Perform various ad hoc administration duties to the team from time to time
- Assist in producing presentations as required
- Coordinate campaigns, industry events and/or conferences for practice
- Act as central point of contact for all assigned Senior Managing Directors administrative needs, liaise with other departments as necessary
- Liaise with the operational functions (Admin, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT etc) on internal processes and procedures
- Provide coverage for Executive Assistants when necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties may be required
Basic Qualifications
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Secretarial Cert or equivalent
- At least 5-6 years of experience in supporting multiple executives
- Experience in using SalesForce will be added advantage
- Experience in management consultancy or other professional services environment highly preferred
- Problem solver and able to work with other teams and staff members effectively to reach a viable solution and goal
- Strong service focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations of all staff through securing effective relationships with clients and executing deliverables to the highest standards.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator - able to deal effectively with people at all levels across a multicultural environment
- Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality
- Ability to manage a heavy work volume and meet deadlines in an extremely fast paced environment
- Ability to juggle several tasks at once, to prioritize and manage own time - Not a clock watcher or someone who is unwilling to step outside their job description
- Able to start work within short period of time
- The work location is Mumbai, India.
