About the Role

Our Forensic Technology team in India works with corporations, governments and law firms to meet with legal, regulatory and investigative demands by leveraging our skills to enable our clients to more confidently govern, secure, find, analyze and rapidly understand their data in the context of compliance and risk.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Director, you are responsible for leading projects, co-coordinating with other service lines and managing the corresponding case load.

You will be working on a range of challenging client engagements managing consultants to deliver projects on time and to budget. You will also support the development of the practice and business development activity.

  • Liaise with clients and law-firms to perform engagement scoping, develop work plans and deliver computer forensics services
  • Expert level skills on Relativity review management and Reveal
  • Manage a wide range of e-discovery projects, including large and complex multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Conduct and lead forensic data-collections, on-site at client premises throughout India, internationally, in person or remotely.
  • Be service-oriented to meet client deadlines, including working out of business hours when necessary
  • Assume responsibility for day-to-day data processing, conversion, analysis, quality control, import and other specialized tasks including
  • interaction with other consultants, supervisors and client personnel.
  • Coordinate closely with colleagues within and across teams to manage the delivery of client requirements.
  • Manage any project related queries/ issues and provide solutions/workarounds.
  • Liaise and communicate daily with other teams and manage expectations on client requests.
  • Conduct internal training sessions to consultants.
  • Involve yourself in providing product enhancement feedback and coordinating the deployment of tools and processes to the wider Asia team.
  • Coordinate closely with colleagues within and across our teams globally to manage the delivery of client requirements.
  • Work on various new technologies and clients across the industry and geographies.
  • Travel to client office(s) and/or FTI regional office(s) as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS or BA college degree is required
  • At least 10 years of Relativity or eDiscovery related experience
  • Extensive experience in computer forensics, electronic discovery, IT system security, information systems or otherrelevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in using computer forensic and electronic discovery hardware and software tools
  • Familiar with the consulting business and environment
  • Track record in building businesses


Preferred Skills:

  • Expert level proficiency of Relativity - processing, analytics and review management.
  • Expert level proficiency on Reveal
  • Familiarity with MS SQL is a plus
  • Excellent communication and client interface skills (verbal and written)
  • Outstanding client service in demanding, deadline-driven situations
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Ability to think clearly under pressure Strong logical reasoning skills
