Position summary

Location - Mumbai

Total Experience - 8 to 12 Yrs

Education Qualification - B.E/B.Tech (Mandatory); MBA/PGDM (Preferred)

Looking for resources -

- Experienced on Oracle Cloud HCM ( Fusion ).

- Certification on Oracle Cloud HCM ( Fusion ) will be preferred.

- Looking for a functional Consultant with H18 understanding of Core HR, Performance Management and Goal Management

- Experience of at least one end-H13to-end Fusion HCM implementation – preferably for a domestic client

- Should have worked in a client facing role.

- Overall experience in the range of 8-12 years with earlier experience of working either on Oracle HR or PeopleSoft HR as a functional consultant.

- Apart from project delivery, should also be able to assist with pre-sales ( scoping, estimation, proposal development )

Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA
