Singapore Tourism Board appoints T&A Consulting as marketing representative

New-Delhi-based boutique financial advisory group T&A Consulting has won a contract with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), to help with the latter’s marketing efforts in the southern regions of India. T&A will be the firm’s Marketing Representative Agency, effective from the 1st of October. 

In recent years, India has become one of the biggest sources of tourism revenues for the Singapore travel industry, with a majority of these tourists coming from the south of the country. In 2017, Singapore had nearly 2 million visitors from India, making it the third largest source of tourism.

To help capitalise on this expanding market, the STB has been working in collaboration with financial services and marketing firms in India, termed as the Marketing Representative agencies. The local firms work towards promoting Singapore as a popular tourism destination.

T&A Consulting will now play this role for STB in South India. The firm was founded in 2006, and has since grown into an international operation, offering a range of services including support with market entry strategies, feasibility studies, foreign direct investment, inward investment attraction and a number of others. As economic prosperity and the urban middle class in India continue to grow, travel and tourism is an industry that will be an increasingly lucrative one.

The firm operates from in and around the National Capital Region (NCR) in India, with an office in the Nehru Place region in Delhi as well as one in greater Noida. The firm also has extensive experience with a number of national agencies across the globe, including institutions in Switzerland, Hungary and Northern Ireland.
