Isobar India launches new digital transformation consultancy

Digital marketing consultancy Isobar is giving its consulting services in India an extra boost, through the establishment of a new experience-led innovation consultancy – Isobar Consulting. 

Isobar is a subsidiary of global media and communications conglomerate Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN), and offers a variety of creative digital and design services. The new consulting firm – Isobar Consulting – is geared towards driving digital transformation in the Indian market.

To begin with, this means supporting clients with nurturing a digital culture, following which Isobar Consulting will help develop digital transformation strategies & roadmaps based on a comprehensive assessment of a business’ needs and competencies.

Leading these efforts is Priyanka Agrawal, co-founder and chief officer for strategy & operations at Fractal Ink – a user experience and design consultancy that also operates under the DAN umbrella network. Agrawal is a design expert with more than two decades of experience in the Indian market. Isobar and Fractal Ink have been collaborating in the Indian market for a number of years now, including when Isobar launched its commerce practice in India back in 2018.Isobar India launches new digital transformation consultancyAgrawal now takes over as Country Head at Isobar Consulting. Also joining the new firm is Rahul Vengalil, who will assume the role of chief business officer.  Vengalil was previously at Isobar for half a decade, and had made his way up to business head at the firm before he left in 2016 to start his own digital media consultancy What Clicks.

Both Agrawal and Vengalil will report to Group Managing Director at Isobar South Asia Shamsudin Jasani, who expressed faith in the talent of his team to deliver unique transformation solutions. The firm will be competing with other global players that have identified the digital transformation opportunity in india.

According to Vengalil, a key consideration in a competitive market will be to put the consumer first at all stages of business development. “For this, we need to change the existing advertising codes and reorient the entire organisation to keep consumer needs and problems at the centre,” he said.
