Indian professional services firms join global networks

Global professional services networks Allinial Global, Integra International and SFAI have expanded their coverage in India. 

Located in Delhi, Corporate Analyst and Consultant has been admitted into the network of Integra International. The Indian professional services firm has 6 partners 110 staff, providing an array of professional services including business advisory, transactions services, internal audit, taxation, cybersecurity, supply chain management and litigation. 

Corporate Analyst and Consultant was founded in 2010, and is led by Managing Partner Veneet Gupta. The firm’s global network Integra International has over 100 member firms with more than 5,000 staff globally.

With offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkata, TYA Business Solutions is a mid-sized professional services firm that offers accounting, auditing, consulting and financial advisory services. Led by partners with a background at the Big Four, the firm serves a variety of listed and private clients, including multinational and local corporations and start-ups in industry sectors ranging from e-commerce to manufacturing, food processing, and logistics.

TYA Business Solutions has joined the ranks of Allinial Global, an international accounting-heritage professional services association with over 28,000 professionals worldwide, generating more than $4 billion in revenues.

The bolt-on comes months after Chennai-based RSN & Associates also joined Allinial Global’s ranks. 

Meanwhile, 250-strong AKGVG & Associates has been incorporated as a member firm of SFAI. AKGVG & Associates has a team of chartered accountants and advisors based in New Delhi, as well as other major cities in India such as Gurugram, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Lucknow, Bengaluru and Mumbai. The Indian firm is led by Vineet Gupta.
