Vikram Chandrashekhar is a partner in Bain & Company’s Healthcare, Technology, Telecommunications, and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. He has advised clients on growth, strategy, and mergers & acquisitions for more than 12 years, across India, North America, and Australia.
New Delhi based Chandrashekhar has helped clients drive market-beating growth across a range of situations, including turnarounds of stalling brands, accelerating high-growth businesses, extending into new verticals, and successful acquisition and post-merger integration.
Karthik Ganesan is a partner in the firm’s Consumer Products, Retail, and Strategy practices. He has advised clients across consumer goods, retail, and consumer tech industries, along with private equity investors.
Mumbai based Ganesan has more than 12 years of management consulting and industry experience (at Procter & Gamble), and has advised both multinationals and Indian clients on strategy, agile transformation, brand growth, marketing excellence, route to market design, analytics led growth, revenue growth management, and cost transformation.
Pranjal Jain is a member of Bain’s Advanced Manufacturing and Services and Energy & Natural Resources practices, having served clients across automotive, construction and building products, metals, energy, packaging films and engineering services sectors. He is also a core member of the firm’s Performance Improvement practice.
New Delhi based Jain has more than 12 years of experience in consulting across India, Southeast Asia, and Middle East. He has extensive experience advising clients on full potential transformation across strategy, operations, supply chain, cost take out, revenue acceleration, supported by digital & analytics, capability building and change management.
Rakesh Pozhath is a member of the firm’s Financial Services practice, with deep expertise in payments, transaction banking, banking tech, blockchain, fintech, and retail/SME lending. He is also an active contributor to Bain’s Customer and Enterprise Technology practices.
Bengaluru based Pozhath has nearly a decade of experience in management consulting, and has worked closely with multiple global and Indian payment infrastructure providers and large banks on real-time payments, credit cards, and payment tech. He has in addition led multi-year customer experience and digital transformation programs for regional and local banks, serving clients across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
Arjun Upmanyu is a partner in Bain’s Private Equity, Advanced Manufacturing and Services, and Energy and Natural Resources practices. He specialises in market entry strategy, growth strategy, cost improvement, and commercial excellence in the logistics, construction, power, and chemicals space.
New Delhi based has more than 10 years of management consulting experience with Bain, and gained experience advising global and India-based financial investors across private equity and venture capital on due diligence and portfolio strategy across multiple sectors, spanning IT services, manufacturing, logistics, consumer tech, and fintech.
