ZS selects Madchatter as its public relations partner for India

Global consulting and technology services firm ZS has selected Madchatter as its public relation and communications partner in the Indian market. 

While ZS serves a global client base through its 28 offices worldwide, India is by far the largest market for ZS in terms of people. Around 8,000 of the firm’s in total 10,000 workforce is based across India, serving both domestic as well as international clients. 

Following a year of strong growth (ZS grew by 30% last year despite the pandemic, in part due to strong demand from life sciences and healthcare clients), the consultancy has set the ambition to grow its reputation and branding presence in the market. Its new partner of choice in this journey is Madchatter Brand Solutions, a still relatively young communications and public relations firm.

Launched in 2017, Madchatter is a Mumbai-based firm that currently works for around 50 organisations across financial services, gaming, advertising and marketing, technology, and entertainment. The specialist communications consultancy helps its clients with public relations, content creation, social media services, and events management.

Madchatter has been tasked with growing ZS’s brand awareness across India, and with promoting its key offerings – strategic planning, business transformation, advanced analytics and technology – to some of the world's largest healthcare and technology enterprises active in the country. Meanwhile, other campaigns will be focused on boosting employer branding in order to attract quality talent.
