RBSA Advisors partners with Dutch consultancy Beaufort

Leading Indian transaction advisory firm RBSA Advisors has agreed an affiliation agreement with Beaufort Corporate Consulting, lifting its number of affiliate partners in Europe to five.

Both consulting firms specialise in helping corporates, mid-sized companies, investment funds and private equity firms with mergers & acquisitions (transaction advisory, valuation), restructuring (debt advisory, distressed asset sale and turnaround), and strategic advisory services.

Working with Netherlands-based Beaufort Corporate Consulting, RBSA Advisors will be able to extend its offering to clients seeking services in the Netherlands and the Benelux. Founded in 2013, Beaufort is a boutique firm, but “one of the leading and the most respected firms in restructuring services in the Netherlands” according to Ramesh Shah, the founder and chairman & of RBSA Advisors. 

“We are proud to be enter into this affiliation with them. Leveraging their capabilities, we will cooperate on international engagements in order to seamlessly cater to our client’s demands in the Benelux,” he added.

Meanwhile, the Dutch management consultancy will be able to tap into RBSA Advisors’ network of more than 250 professionals spread across 8 offices in India, Dubai and Singapore.

Beaufort Corporate Consulting has become the 16th affiliate partner of RBSA Advisors, which includes European-based players Valuation Consulting (UK), Value Trust (Germany), Gesvalt (Spain), Andersch (Germany) and THM Partners (UK). The firm’s largest affiliate partners are US-based Stout and Valuation Research Group.
