“We’re proud to be partnering with Deloitte to bring our solutions to the Asia Pacific region,” said Puneet Bhakri, Senior Vice President and Head of Global Alliances & Partnerships at Sirion. “The combination of our AI-powered platform and Deloitte’s deep industry knowledge will help drive digital transformation of procurement departments in the region.”

While led by procurement, contract management is a process that requires the involvement of several other parties, including legal, sales, and business teams. Sirion CLM’s allows for multi-disciplinary collaboration, leading to more efficient end-to-end contract management, enhanced supplier relationships, and improved risk management.

“Whether it’s creating new contracts or analyzing legacy contracts, our mission is to simplify the commercial value chain for businesses through strategic buy-side and sell-side relationships. Our success stems from a robust 3-pronged approach: AI-powered technology, a superior user experience centered around practicality and ease-of-use, and our ability to deliver tangible business value and results for our clients,” said Sirion CEO and Co-Founder, Ajay Agrawal.

In both 2020 and 2021, Sirion was named one of North America’s 500 fastest-growing technology companies by Deloitte’s American business.
