PwC agrees India-focused alliance with Zoho and O9 Solutions

Global consulting firm PwC has in recent weeks struck alliances with two technology vendors, beefing up its digital capabilities in customer experience, employee experience, and supply chain.

Announced yesterday, the partnership with Zoho will see PwC add Zoho’s product portfolio of over 55 products to its toolkit for digital transformation.

Headquartered in Chennai, Zoho’s products are used by more than 90 million users around the world. Its tools serve a range of areas within mid-sized business and corporates, including customer experience, business intelligence, teamwork & collaboration, employee experience, and more.

Speaking on the partnership, Vivek Belgavi, Partner and Leader of Alliances & Ecosystems at PwC, said: “Zoho is a great addition to PwC’s expanding alliance ecosystem aimed at technology and digital transformation landscape. The alliance came within a month of unveiling a similar partnership with O9 Solutions, a provider of software for supply chain teams.

Headquartered in Dallas, O9 Solutions helps supply chain experts with topics such as commercial planning, forecasting, demand and supply management, and integrated business planning. The company’s platform brings together technology innovations – such as graph-based enterprise modelling, big data analytics, advanced algorithms for scenario planning, collaborative portals, easy-to-use interfaces, and cloud-based delivery – into one platform.
