Sarang Dublish kickstarts FTI’s new energy transition offering

FTI Consulting has brought corporate finance and transaction advisory expert Sarang Dublish on board to help the firm kickstart its Energy Transition and Industrial Transformation Advisory offerings in India.

Joining FTI Consulting from law firm Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Sarang Dublish brings more than 15 years of corporate finance, transactions, tax, and regulatory risk advisory experience in the energy and industrial sectors.

Prior to his spell at the leading law firm, Dublish spent over a decade in professional services, at three of the four Big Four giants (EY, PwC and KPMG), and more recently, at mid-market player Grant Thornton.

At FTI Consulting, where he has been appointed a Senior Director, Dublish will work with the firm’s multidisciplinary team of accountants, valuation experts, forensic experts, energy transition policy advisors, financial advisors and economists to help corporations on their energy transition and net-zero pathways.

In India, Dublish will work closely with Amit Pathare (Senior Advisor) on energy transition topics, and Amrit Singh Deo (Senior Managing Director) on corporate finance and business transformation topics.

FTI Consulting began work in India in the early 1990s, advising on the restructuring of state electricity boards. Since then, FTI Consulting’s energy professionals in India have advised investors, government agencies and corporations (both global and nationally) on energy transition plans.
