Hotelivate appoints Uttam Davé as Chief Strategy Officer

International hotels-focused consulting firm Hotelivate has installed Uttam Davé as its inaugural Chief Strategy Officer.

In the new role, Uttam Davé will spearhead Hotelivate’s strategic initiatives aimed at expanding business and client impact. Key targets handed to him by the leadership team include helping grow the firm’s business in development planning, project advisory, and operator search.

Furthermore, Davé will oversee the portfolio of strategic assignments that Hotelivate delivers to its clients.

Founded in India, Hotelivate today has offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Singapore, Bangkok and Dubai. The firm has since its inception advised and assisted hundreds of clients in South Asia and the Middle East.

Davé brings an extensive track record in the hospitality and real estate industries to Hotelivate. His expertise spans strategic planning; corporate development; feasibility analysis, research and data analysis; hospitality project conceptualization, development, planning, design, project management; hotel building and construction, hotel pre-opening activities; hotel management, operations, and asset optimization.

During his career he has held roles at Accor Hotels, InterGlobe Hotels and Pannell Kerr Forster Consultants. He is also a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
