International consulting firm Gate One expands into Indian market
International consulting firm Gate One has launched a new office in India, marking its entry into the Indian and Asian markets.
Founded in 2013, Gate One is a UK-headquartered consulting firm specialising in topics such as organisational consulting, digital transformation, customer experience, operating models, data and AI strategy, human capital, and employee experience.
Since joining the Havas Group in 2019, Gate One has been on a steady path of international expansion – first entering the US, followed by Ireland. Earlier this year, it extended its presence to France, and now India has become the latest addition to its global footprint.
“This is a very exciting time for Gate One as we open a new office in India, a vibrant hub of innovation, talent, and opportunity. A key factor in our decision to join Havas was the opportunity to leverage the group’s geographical reach to provide greater value and service to clients. This marks a significant milestone in our global growth journey to service the needs of clients and deliver meaningful change,” said Ben Tye, Managing Director of Gate One.
In India, Gate One joins a highly competitive market, but also one of the world’s fastest-growing. The Indian management consulting market is projected to grow from $8.3 billion in 2025 to $15.3 billion by 2030. “And with digital transformation becoming a mission-critical investment for large corporates in the region, Gate One’s consultancy strength combined with Havas’ creative prowess, will set a new benchmark in India.”
Leading Gate One in India is Karan Ingle, previously a Director at Deloitte Digital, who will be responsible for building and scaling the practice, forging client relationships, and driving innovation.
“I’m thrilled to lead Gate One’s roll-out in India. This launch represents a powerful convergence of local insight and global transformation expertise, empowering brands to reimagine their customer experience and enterprise operations for the digital age,” said Ingle. “I am confident we’ll be able to help Indian businesses deliver meaningful change with measurable impact.”
