TH Global Capital serves as financial advisor to Ignitarium on sale to Neurealm
Ignitarium, a semiconductor and embedded-systems engineering company from Bangalore, has been acquired by Neurealm, a US-headquartered global engineering and technology services firm. The sale was supported by TH Global Capital.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in India, Ignitarium is a specialized engineering services provider with deep expertise across semiconductors, AI, and wireless-enabled embedded systems. Its semiconductor business offers capabilities in SoC-level architecture and design, SV-UVM verification, FPGA prototyping, embedded processor development, UVM-based AMS verification, and full-chip DFT.
Its software engineering practice delivers embedded, AI, and cloud software, including high-performance Linux drivers, video and audio algorithms, Android frameworks, automotive AI software, perception-AI application development, sensor fusion (e.g., LiDAR, RADAR, camera), and AI SDK and infrastructure development for AI SoC and ASICs.
With this acquisition, Neurealm, a New Jersey-headquartered technology services company, will expand its technology stack, combining its strengths in digital platform engineering with Ignitarium’s expertise in embedded systems and silicon design.

The transaction
TH Global Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Ignitarium.
