Alexander Mann Solutions and Flexability extend RPO consulting partnership

In a bid to capitalise on the substantial labour force in India, talent acquisition and management services provider Alexander Mann Solutions has extended its partnership with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm ABC Consultants’ India arm. The partnership is aimed at investing in the RPO sector in India.

Established in 1996, Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) is a global consulting firm specialising in talent acquisition and management.  The firm operates with more than 3,500 professionals globally, delving into a range of services which include strategic workforce planning, employer branding, assessment and selection, and employee engagement.

The firm operates across all levels of an organisation, starting from young graduates to senior management and even board-level recruitment. One key market for the firm’s operations across the globe is India. According to recent estimates, India has one of the fastest growing RPO markets in the world, valued at between $660 and $700 million.

Flexability, meanwhile, is the RPO subsidiary of local consultancy ABC Consultants, which offers a comprehensive range of organised recruitment services. With over 350 consultants in its employment, including a presence in Dubai, ABC Consultants offers customised solutions through its Flexability division, primarily to multinational corporations seeking the right talent when establishing a presence in India.

The two firms have already been engaged in a partnership for 8 years, offering innovative RPO services to firms in India. Now, the pair has announced a renewal of the contract, with the aim of expanding its scope further by building on their established framework. For AMS, this is the only exclusive partnership in the country.

In essence, AMS offers the international expertise in outsourcing and consulting, whereas Flexability, being the local firm, has substantial infrastructure in the country. This includes a shared service centre in New Delhi, and sourcing hubs in the major cities of Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
