TCS launches upgrade of its MasterCraft TransformPlus tech integration platform
Indian IT services giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has upgraded it digital transformation application TCS MasterCraft TransformPlus to incorporate greater cognitive capabilities and minimise the risks associated with digitalisation. The upgrade is called TranformPlus 4.0.
The solution is aimed at a number of businesses that are looking to transform their operations in line with the latest Industry 4.0 environment, but are weary of the high risks involved in transformation. TCS MasterCraft TansformPLus allows for integration of technology at every stage of operation.
The application hosts a variety of coding languages, including those that are hosted on more traditional operating systems. TransformPlus is capable of analysing this code, documenting overall business processes, as well as modeling operations to generate customised coding scripts.
In addition, the application also facilitates the transition of business applications to the cloud domain as well as data migration. TCS MasterCraft TransformPLus has been leveraged by a number of clients across the globe, exemplified by the fact that it has examined 1 billion lines of code until this point.
The new iteration – TransformPlus 4.0 – is designed to automate the digital transformation process, and is equipped to handle higher volumes of more modernised data. The application is designed to help evaluate the current status of business operations, and gauge the requisite changes.
