TBC Consulting wins media management contract for Chem-Dry
TBC Consulting has won a contract to manage media operations for global upholstery cleaning firm Chem-Dry, which is managed and operated by UClean for the Indian market. The consultancy will also handle marketing duties for the firm’s India practice, as it looks to consolidate its position in the market.
TBC Consulting is a product of highly experienced media professionals at OneH Media, and now acts as the firm’s consulting arm. The digitally focused firm provides a wide variety of services to its clients in India, priding itself on the ability to offer support at any stage of an organisation’s marketing operations.
The firm – which competes with a sea of other digital marketing agencies – finds its expertise in driving brand transformation using various digital channels, in addition to managing its client’s social media strategy, branding, public relations and event marketing. Other services include influencer marketing, video production, content creation and search engine optimisation.
So far, the firm has worked with a number of different sectors in India, ranging from education to healthcare, to fashion, tech and the food & beverage sectors. TBC’s new project lies in the consumer services domain, specifically upholstery cleaning and dry cleaning offerings.
Based in the US, Chem-Dry has a substantial global operation stretching across the UK, South Africa and India. Indian laundry services firm UClean manages Chem-Dry’s operation in India, in addition to offering its own customer facing digitally enabled laundry services across the country.
Now, UClean has selected TBC to manage Chem-Dry’s media presence in India. The project will be managed by TBC’s Gurgaon NCR branch, which has already been handling media and marketing at UClean for two years.
Commenting on the partnership, founder and CEO at OneHMedia Pawas Jain said, “ChemDry’s mission is to redefine home services and become the largest professional cleaning brand in the country. We will be catering to their presence across India. We are excited to partner with the company on their mission, and also expand the relationship with UClean across their brand portfolios.”
Arunabh Sinha, the CEO of UClean added, “Over the last couple of years, we have emerged as the go-to brand for laundry and drycleaning for millions of Indians. As we expand our presence across tier-II, tier-III cities and international markets, we look forward to partnering with TBC Consulting to make all our brands synonymous with cleaning.”
