Digital strategy veteran Uday Sodhi has launched his own digital transformation consultancy Kurate Digital Consulting, offering end-to-end transformation partnerships across India. The firm has launched with offices in Gurgaon and Mumbai.

Kurate Digital Consulting will support clients with the entire digital transformation process, starting with digital strategy to analytics-led marketing and the development of ecommerce capabilities. The firm boasts a strong pool of tech experts in its team, and a familiarity with future ready technology.

Pushing beyond usual end-to-end digital transformation to develop the marketing and customer experience with the help of advanced data science is the firm’s key differentiating offering. At a time when, in a digitalising business environment, a holistic customer experience is increasingly crucial for an edge.

Kurate emerges at an opportune time, given that India’s expansive consumer market is rapidly moving to digital channels for consumption of content, products and services alike. Add to this the burgeoning world of businesses looking to digitalise their operations to remain competitive.

“As consumers, consumption and commerce go digital, we will help our clients with digital strategies to transform their companies to deliver to these new-age consumers. A robust digital strategy lays out a definite plan of action for digital transformation, the success of which can be clearly measured,” said Sodhi.

The founder is an industry veteran with an illustrious career featuring a number of high profile positions. Sodhi has been the Senior Vice President for Interactive Services at Rediff, the CEO for New Media at entertainment company Balaji Telefilms, the CEO at job search service HeadHonchos, and the Business Head for the Digital Business at Sony India.

In his new venture, Sodhi is joined by a number of key experts in the digital transformation space, including Senior Partner at Kurate Atindriya Bose, who has a similarly illustrious career behind him. Bose is an IIM graduate who previously was Director for ecommerce at Rediff, Country Manager for Sony and CEO at farm mechanisation startup Trringo.

“Over the last few months, we have observed that the rapidly changing business scenario is dependent on the dynamic nature of digital technology. We are very excited to announce that Kurate will now be one of the few players to come up with a one-stop-shop approach to address the transformation journey in its entirety through its team of experts,” said Bose.
