Zoo Media enters consultancy space with DoyenOink Consulting
Zoo Media – an Indian network of media agencies – has made a foray into the consulting space through the launch of a business transformation consultancy – DoyenOink Consulting.
Based out of Mumbai, DoyenOink Consulting is set up as a future-ready digital transformation consultancy, leveraging data intelligence, tech solutions, digital strategies and innovative approaches to support its clients with growth and transformation. The end-to-end offering spans product strategy, operations, sales, consumers outreach and even growth planning.
DoyenOink will operate as a subsidiary of Zoo Media – a network of seven media agencies spanning Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru. Digital agency FoxyMoron, talent firm Pollen, video content agency The Rabbit Hole, publishing firm Mammoth Media, tech services firm Noesis.Tech and creative agency Phosphene are all part of this expansive network.
According to co-founder of Zoo Media Suveer Bajaj, DoyenOink is an attempt at supporting the rapid wave of digital transformation sweeping across the Indian business environment. “Our goal is to empower organisations to adopt digital deep within their DNA and help them address business challenges to achieve organisational excellence, meet customer satisfaction and most importantly stay ahead of competition,” said Bajaj.
“Our team of experts or as we like to call them ‘doyens’ are the best minds in their fields, be it technology, product customer journey planning, strategic brand communications and business and operational strategy,” he added. Leading this team will be Priyal Sheth Kilachand – who takes over as Business Director at DoyenOink.
Kilachand has been in the media industry for more than a decade, and was previously the Head of Business Development and strategy at fellow Zoo Media agency FoxyMoron. Following a few years in entrepreneurship and a spell as a Digital Consultant at Sun Pharma, she now returns to Zoo Media in her new role.
For Kilachand, DoyenOink is well positioned to capitalise on the boom in digital transformation that has come about since Covid-19, as companies strive for everything – from basic business continuity and virtual working to digital transformation as a means to de-risk and optimise their operations.
“2020 has been the year of accelerated digital adoption and we are confident that our expertise will be of immense value to our partners that are looking for deep and integrated solutions to address their unpredictable business challenges,” said Kilachand.
She added that the firm had already received a warm response, having built up a client portfolio across the education, consumer products, ecommerce and industrial trading sectors – currently high-impact industries for most digital efforts.
