Technology Holdings named among India’s best employers again
The Indian arm of Technology Holdings has been named one of the nation’s top employers for the second year in a row.
Headquartered in London, Technology Holdings is a global boutique investment bank with offices in 11 countries across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. The firm has closed deals in 24 countries and has a team of 120 professionals globally.
In the footsteps of its UK team, which was recognised as a top employer last week by the Great Place to Work Institute, the Indian team has now followed suit – earning the same recognition in the local market as well.
Great Place To Work is one of the world’s leading research institutes for top employership. The institute reviews employers based on their excellence in creating a positive work environment for their employees. Employer ratings are based on a two-step process that includes a survey of staff and a review of HR policies, with only the top performing companies being handed the ‘Great Place to Work’ certificate.
In India, Technology Holdings received high scores across several key categories, including leadership, collaboration, camaraderie, and fairness. With 33% of its workforce being female globally, Technology Holdings also stands out as a diverse employer.
“By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Technology Holdings standss out as one of the top companies to work for in India, providing a great workplace environment for its employees,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place to Work.
Commenting on the recognition, Vivek Subramanyam, Founder and CEO of Technology Holdings said, “We are thrilled to be Great Place to Work Certified once again. This recognition is a testament to our dedication, collaboration, diversity and shared commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. We believe our employees are our greatest asset, and this certification reflects our ongoing efforts to create a culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.”
Geeta Ramanathan, President and COO of Technology Holdings added, “We are immensely proud that we have yet again achieved this certification. Our employees are the heart of our company, and we are committed to continually enhancing their experience. It is gratifying to see our efforts toward building a collaborative and empowering work environment reflected in our team’s feedback.”
