Auctus Advisors joins Asian management consultancy YCP Solidiance

Mumbai-headquartered Auctus Advisors has joined forces with YCP Solidiance, one of Asia’s leading homegrown management consulting firms.

Since its inception in 2010, Auctus Advisors has grown into one of India’s more well-known consulting firms, serving its clients from offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi.

The firm – which has around 150 staff on its payroll – provides a range of services including strategy, transformation, risk & compliance, due diligence, regulation and digital & technology to clients across sectors.

Now part of YCP Solidiance, the team of Auctus Advisors will spearhead YCP Solidiance’s growth in market it has so far served with a relatively small on the ground team. “The fast-growing Indian market is an important market for us and our international clients,” said Yuki Ishida, Group CEO of YCP (the parent of YCP Solidiance).

The deal lifts YCP Solidiance’s office footprint to 18 worldwide (16 in Asia, 1 in Europe and 1 in the United States) and its team to over 350 consultants and staff.

Formed in 2018 through the merger between Hong Kong-headquartered strategic consultancy Solidiance and Japan-based professional services group YCP, YCP Solidiance bills itself as a premier strategy and management consultancy with fully Asian roots. The firm focuses on a range of sectors, including automotive, manufacturing, transport, energy, industrials, healthcare, and technology.
