Capco appoints leaders Dipanjan Naha and Madhav Malhotra

Global consulting firm Capco has made two senior appointments in India, appointing Dipanjan Naha and Madhav Malhotra as partners.

Operating out of Mumbai, Dipanjan Naha has been named Capco’s new Head of India, responsible for leading the firm’s strategic direction in the market and further growth.

Operating in India since 2008, Capco today has over 1,400 employees in India working from offices in Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad. The Indian team provides consulting services to clients locally, and delivery support to engagements worldwide.

Naha joins Capco from Deloitte, and previously held financial services leadership roles at KPMG, DBS Bank, HSBC, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank.

Based in Bangalore, Madhav Malhotra meanwhile will focus on expanding the India Market division, a dedicated practice offering advisory and consulting capabilities to Indian financial services institutions. The division is a blend with parent Wipro, bringing together Capco’s consulting and domain expertise with Wipro’s suite of IT services.

Malhotra joins Capco from Swiss Re, where he served as CFO for its Global Business Solution centres in India, and also led the build, operationalization and transformation of Swiss Re’s Cash & Cost Operations function for APAC and Americas. Prior to that role, he was a transformation consultant with KPMG and Deloitte, working with banks and insurers on technology and operational transformation journeys.
