PwC India appoints Jatin Sawhney as Partner – Data Analytics & AI
PwC India has appointed Jatin Sawhney as Partner in its Data Analytics & AI practice. Sawhney joins from IT services provider Team Computers, where he was General Manager, and brings close to three decades of experience in business intelligence, analytics and technology consulting.
In his new role, Sawhney will bring his experience in analytics and technology leadership to the Data Analytics & AI practice at PwC India. The practice advises clients across the areas of data, analytics and artificial intelligence.
A significant part of Sawhney’s career was spent at Team Computers, where he moved through technical and service roles before taking on senior leadership responsibilities. His background spans technology, business development, business intelligence, solution consulting, sales and analytics.
As General Manager at Team Computers, Sawhney managed a team of more than 150 professionals serving around 200 customers. The role carried profit-and-loss responsibility alongside business intelligence partnerships with platforms including Qlik, Tableau, IBM and Google.
That mix gives Sawhney a commercial and technical profile shaped on the vendor side of the market: hands-on delivery, client relationships and platform expertise combined with team leadership and revenue accountability. It is that combination he now brings to the advisory side at PwC India, where his analytics and technology experience is set to support the firm’s Data Analytics & AI practice.
