Accuracy boosts partner team in India with Anuj Rikhye

The Indian arm of global consultancy firm Accuracy has strengthened its partner team with Anuj Rikhye.
Crossing to Accuracy from McKinsey & Company, where he was an associate partner, Anuj Rikhye brings over two decades of professional experience in advisory services to the firm. Prior to his nine years at McKinsey & Company (across two spells), Rikhye also worked for Accenture and Deloitte in India and Canada.
Over his career, Rikhye has advised clients on strategy development, mergers & acquisitions and driving operational improvements, with a strong emphasis on value creation and corporate performance enhancement. He has led initiatives in market assessments, cross-border joint ventures and acquisitions, procurement optimisation, as well as in establishing new supply chains across diverse geographies for clients in the consumer and industrial sectors.
Rikhye also has experience with topics such as supply chain, procurement, cost optimisation, and digital transformation.
Commenting on the high-profile hire, Frédéric Duponchel, chairman of Accuracy, said: “We are excited to welcome Anuj to the team. His deep expertise and vast experience will undoubtedly enhance our capabilities and help us deliver even more value to our clients.”
Founded in 2004, Accuracy has more than 750 employees across offices in 14 countries. The addition of Rikhye lifts the firm’s partnership to 90 worldwide and comes hot on the heels of the Paris-headquartered consulting firm promoting five to partner, including Neeraj Kochar in India.
