WTW appoints Sukhmeet Singh as Head of Transformation & Integrated Solutions
Global human capital, risk and insurance advisory business WTW has appointed Sukhmeet Singh as Head of Transformation & Integrated Solutions for India.
Sukhmeet Singh brings over 18 years of consulting experience to WTW, with experience across India, Asia, Europe, and North America. He joins from Mercer, where he spent 14 years and latterly led the firm’s Talent and Transformation Consulting business in India.
Under his leadership, the business witnessed substantial expansion, resulting in a carve-out. He also spearheaded the integration of Kincentric’s engagement business in India (Mercer acquired Kincentric in 2024).
In his new role at WTW, Singh will lead the firm’s offerings in areas such as organisation effectiveness, workforce optimisation, talent management, leadership development, HR transformation, employee engagement, rewards strategy, and other critical areas shaping the future of work.
Speaking about his new role, Singh said: “WTW is at a pivotal point in its journey, with an aggressive growth trajectory, and I wanted to contribute to it.”

In a dual responsibility, Singh has also been appointed as Co-Head of the Technology, Media, and Gaming Industry for the International region – spanning Asia-Pacific, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East and Africa.
