Alvarez & Marsal appoints Ankit Srivastava as Senior Director in New Delhi

Global consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal has strengthened its New Delhi team with Ankit Srivastava, who has been appointed as Senior Director.

Ankit Srivastava brings over 16 years of experience across consulting and industry to the Business Transformation Services practice of Alvarez & Marsal. He specializes in telecommunications strategy and advisory, with a focus on cost transformation, sourcing and procurement, customer experience, and process improvement.

Throughout his career, Srivastava has partnered with leading telecom operators to design and execute large-scale transformations, enhance business performance, execute vendor ecosystem strategies, and establish scalable governance structures across functions. He also has experience with cost transformation programs, strategic sourcing, revenue acceleration, customer experience design, and end-to-end process improvement.

Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Srivastava spent nine years with Bharti Airtel, where he led enterprise-wide cost transformation initiatives and spearheaded the insourcing of managed network services as part of the sourcing and procurement function. Previously, he worked with EY and with Tata Teleservices, handling projects and roles across revenue acceleration, customer experience design, and process improvement.

Srivastava earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta.
