NTT Data boosts cloud capabilities with acquisition of 1,000-strong Niveus Solutions

Niveus Solutions, a Udipi-based cloud and IT consultancy firm with around 1,000 experts, has been acquired by global player NTT Data.

Founded in 2013 by Suyog Shetty, Rashmi George, Roshan Bava, and Mohsin Khan, Niveus Solutions is a cloud engineering services firm that helps enterprises with cloud consulting and app modernization. The firm specializes in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and focuses mainly on the financial services, manufacturing, automotive, retail, and logistics sectors.

The deal will see Niveus Solutions become part of NTT Data’s dedicated Google Cloud business unit. Terms and conditions of the deal have not been disclosed.
