Aditya Agrawal and Mohit Rana partner at strategy firm Redseer

Redseer Strategy Consultants has appointed two new partners in India, lifting the size of its partnership to eleven. Both bring a background at a top-tier US strategy consultancy to the homegrown player.

Aditya Agrawal joins the partnership from automotive group Cummins, where he spent a decade, most recently as leader of the firm’s South region business in India.

Earlier in his career, Agrawal worked for education specialist iDiscoveri and strategy consultancy Boston Consulting Group in its Mumbai office.

Agrawal brings 14 years of experience in strategy consulting, marketing, management, and growth strategy to the firm.

Mohit Rana meanwhile brings over 25 years of experience in consulting, financial services, enterprises, startups, and digital transformation to the firm.

At Kearney, where Rana spent sixteen years, he was one of the early partners who established and grew the firm in India. His focus was on engagements in the telecom, technology, financial services, private equity, travel, construction and manufacturing sectors.

Over the past years, Rana worked as an independent consultant, as an investor in start-ups, and in 2020 he co-founded a venture that helps organisations digitise their document management processes.

With the appointment, Bengaluru-headquartered Redseer Strategy Consultants now has 11 partners – they lead a team of 200+ consultants across five offices in India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
