Kanishka Mohan and Vivek Pathak join partner team of Redseer

Redseer Strategy Consultants has appointed two new partners in its Indian team: Kanishka Mohan and Vivek Pathak. Both focus on the firm’s start-up and venture offerings.

Kanishka Mohan is an advisor for early-stage startups and venture funds across the capital raise and deployment cycle. He specialises in helping startups acquire scale and roping in growth investments.

Mohan has been with Redseer Strategy Consultants for over seven years and has assumed multiple roles with the firm in his journey. Prior to that, he worked for another India-origin management consultancy and spent two years at global human resources consultancy.

During his 10-plus years of experience, Mohan also gained experience as a software developer, entrepreneur, and growth hacker for early-stage businesses. He holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a post graduate diploma from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

“My journey with Redseer Strategy Consultants started in 2016, and I learnt more in the last seven years than ever before. In my new role, I will continue to focus on strengthening the rich organisational culture and developing innovative solutions for young startups and early-stage investors.”

Vivek Pathak similarly joined the consulting firm seven years ago, and during this time he has helped several start-ups with their growth journey, and been instrumental in leading various company initiatives, including the Ground Zero series. This knowledge platform allows professionals to learn from industry experts and their peers in a hybrid event environment.

Prior to Redseer Strategy Consultants, Pathak spent nearly five years at Base and Tata Steel in their operations environments. He also dabbled with edtech and D2C ideas as an entrepreneur. Pathak is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and holds a B-Tech in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering.
