Mani Singhal joins Alvarez & Marsal to co-lead Consumer & Retail practice
Alvarez & Marsal has strengthened its team in India with Mani Singhal, who becomes co-lead of the firm’s national Consumer & Retail practice.
Appointed a Managing Director, Mani Singhal brings over two decades of experience in driving growth, strategy, and operational transformation for consumer and retail businesses. She has worked with diverse organizations including multinational corporations, promoter-led organizations, and consumer to business brands, helping them optimize commercial models, drive multi-channel expansion, and navigate evolving consumer trends.
Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, she was a Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she played a key role in shaping the Consumer Practice in India. Before that, she spent nearly a decade at Accenture in its Strategy practice, focusing on execution-led transformation initiatives.
