Bharadwaj Rallabandi joins Business Transformation practice of Alvarez & Marsal
Alvarez & Marsal has continued its senior hiring spree in India with its latest recruit, Bharadwaj Rallabandi, who has been appointed a Managing Director.
A member of the Business Transformation practice, Bharadwaj Rallabandi will focus on helping clients the firm’s drive enterprise-wide transformation across the consumer goods, retail, and life sciences sectors, with a particular emphasis on digital acceleration, M&A-led change, and AI-driven innovation. He is based in Bengaluru.
Bharadwaj brings more than 18 years of experience gained in management consulting and industry. Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Bharadwaj was with Accenture in India, where he his recent work included leading AI-powered growth strategies, scaling digital commerce capabilities, implementing digital transformation, and delivering multi-market change programs for global and regional clients.
Earlier, he held leadership positions at global conglomerates. At Johnson & Johnson, he served as CIO, spearheading business transformation and technology initiatives across South Asia and North Asia. At Unilever, he worked both in India and at the global headquarters in London, leading enterprise programs in new business models, e-commerce, and operational excellence.
