HCLTech launches Metafinity - its platform for metaverse solutions
HCLTech has launched a new offering that helps businesses with their entry into the metaverse.
The new proposition, HCLTech Metafinity, brings the company’s expertise in augmented, virtual and mixed reality together with metaverse technologies into a single solution for companies that want to tap the rapidly growing world of the metaverse.
One of the fastest growing hypes in business, the metaverse is a virtual world where people can live, buy products, and exchange knowledge. According to an estimate by McKinsey & Company, the metaverse has the potential to generate up to $5 trillion in value by 2030 making it “too big for companies to ignore.”

HCLtech has built its metaverse offering on the Adobe Experience Cloud’s marketing and web analytics system. The metaverse-based platform gives marketers opportunities to reuse their marketing technology stack to deliver brand messaging, personalised experiences and campaigns on emerging digital channels.

HCLTech claims that Metafinity will contribute to the establishment of a brand-new virtual world by bringing together many fields of digital technology such as human interface, blockchain non-fungible tokens, 3D content production, and more under a single platform.
The India-headquartered global IT services and consulting firm HCLTech said that the offering will be used mainly by client in sectors such as financial services, retail and consumer goods, high tech, telecoms, manufacturing and healthcare.
