Mercer promotes Mansee Singhal to Career Business Leader
Global HR consulting firm Mercer has promoted Mansee Singhal to the role of Career Business Leader for India.
In her new role, Mansee Singhal leads the talent advisory and rewards offerings of Mercer across India, and oversees the service offering in the Sri Lanka and Bangladesh markets.
Singhal has been with Mercer for 14 years, growing the ranks from senior associate to partner (appointed last year). She specialises in rewards, advising clients on topics such as compensation & rewards strategy, benchmarks, pay design, executive pay, and talent management.
“My first post in Mercer’s Rewards practice saw me focus on the southern region; soon, I added a number of industries across the country to my portfolio. And now, I am delighted to take on the role of country leader for the practice,” Singhal said.
“I have been fortunate to work with some incredibly talented people, and have learnt a lot from them. It’s made for a wonderful and very rewarding journey, and my time at Mercer has been both interesting and fulfilling.”
