Indigo Consulting appoints new lead for marketing and digital
Mumbai-based digital marketing consultancy Indigo Consulting has appointed Nishith Srivastava as its new National Head for Marketing Strategy & Digital Transformation Consulting. Srivastava is expected to work with established clients and with new ones to deliver tech-based solutions.
Srivastava will report directly to the CEO of Indigo Consulting Rajesh Ghatge, and has been handed a substantial task of driving success amongst the firm’s roster of clients. His support team will include professionals in the data analytics as well as a team from the media Centre of Excellence.
A wealth of experience in the advertising and marketing domain will help Srivastava live up to his new responsibilities. He began his professional career at RocSearch, where he spent nearly four years and eventually ascended to the position of Senior Research Analyst and Business Development Manager.
Since then, his career has gone from strength to strength and has featured a number of illustrious firms. He spent nearly two years at Heidrick & Struggles as a Business Analyst for the Industrial & Supply Chain practice, following which he joined Egon Zehnder Inernational as a PG Specialist.
He has also spent two-year spells at some of the top advertising agencies across the globe, first at Digitas as an Associate Director for Strategy & Planning, then at Leo Burnett as Director of the Digital Business Unit, and most recently at Ogilvy Singapore as a Digital and Social Media Consultant.
Some of Srivastava’s clients in his new role include Garnier India and NIIT. Indigo Consulting is helping the former with developing its ecommerce profile and implementing digital transformation strategies, and is a strategic digital partner to the latter. Both of these functions fall under Srivastava’s mandate.
